Monique "Nickie" Murray is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (RC-C) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC-C). Nickie completed her Master's degree in Counseling Rehabilitation at the University of Southern Maine. Nickie worked for a disability company for 22 years which included work as a Vocational Consultant. She utilizes treatment approaches that include motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. This work history provides Nickie with a unique outlook and approach when it comes to working with individuals as they work toward maintaining and achieving 'wholeness'. We all need a little help sometimes and Nickie feels she can walk with you as you navigate this portion of your journey toward mental wellness. Nickie is ready to help you learn skills to better understand and cope with your current challenge.
