I hold a Master's in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University, which informs my compassionate and effective approach.

My approach to therapy is straightforward and direct. While I won’t coddle you, I will provide a space where you can feel safe, understood, and truly seen. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure about the process, often at the encouragement of someone close to them. During our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in and start identifying the barriers holding you back. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest with yourself and others. Each session is a collaborative effort, designed to tackle relational struggles and emotional roadblocks. Whether you're navigating romantic relationships, family dynamics, or friendships, we’ll work together to create a path toward connection, growth, and self-awareness
