My name is Alchemy, and I am skilled in treating a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, self-esteem, to PTSD. My niche has become primarily and passionately supporting and advocating for mental health; I genuinely aim to promote and support healthy relationships with yourself first and then loved ones. Through my diverse experiences working with adults aged 21 to 65 and older, my approach includes, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (supporting increased positive thoughts and behaviors toward self, others, and the world), self-empowerment, goal-oriented therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness meditation and breathing, as well as trauma-informed care. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University.
