Together, we’ll work through your unique challenges and uncover solutions so you can live a life that feels good. I believe healing must address the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate holistic with evidence-based practices into therapy, to guide my clients in understanding the interconnectedness of their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being that encompasses the whole person. Working as a team, I incorporate trauma-informed evidence-based practices with a whole-person, solution-focused, and intuitive approach to the healing process.

I firmly believe that every individual’s journey is unique, and I approach each client with an open heart and a non-judgmental attitude. Recognizing the courage it takes to seek help and embark on the path of healing, I strive to foster a personal connection with each individual, ensuring that they feel seen, heard, and valued. By building this trust and rapport, I aim to create a therapeutic alliance that serves as the foundation for meaningful progress and positive change.
