The link between you and your “ideal you” is a bridge paved with fear and the unknown. At this crossroad, how you proceed dictates whether you cross that bridge. Yet, when properly equipped, what has previously been perceived as daunting can also be seen as an exciting opportunity. Fear, however it is presented in your life, can be alchemized and served as a central point of personal transformation. The process is not easy, but no one ever regrets healing. As a clinician that holds an element of this transmutation, I take this privilege seriously. I am not afraid of your trauma. I take a non-judgmental, client-centered, integrative and psychodynamic approach. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as: dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care and solution-focused therapy. Most importantly, I will always work alongside with other providers you may have. In our sessions, we work collaboratively to increase your understanding of your inner world and extract stuck points.
