Getting to know Nadia Vulfovich

I offer experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based and trauma informed psychotherapy. On the basic level, my approach is to bring healing awareness and support into unhelpful patterns held in your body and mind. I will engage you in experiences that facilitate self love, self understanding, clarity and transformation. How the session will go depends on where you are at and what you need. Sometimes the sessions are focused on self exploration, others times the focus is on helping calming your nervous system. Sometimes I am there in the role of a coach who helps you understand yourself or learn new skills. Other times I offer healing relationship through attunement, support, encouragement and non-judgmental container. I offer therapeutic touch when it feels right for both of us.
