I am here to help you navigate through difficult times by creating a safe space that promotes growth and self-understanding. Together, we will explore how your current issues evolved, the strong emotional reactions that accompany them, interpersonal relationships, and important life events and transitions to find a path to peace and wholeness. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I start with getting to know the client, understanding their problematic issues and how these issues evolved. I also seek to explore what the client's goal is in relationship to the problems that brought them to therapy and their life goals as well. I help them explore any barriers to achieving their goals.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
