Therapy with me is both real talk& hype woman. I'm a licensed professional counselor in SC & PA who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma and stress management. Healing happens when you feel heard, in a space to be the real you without fear of judgment. A space to be validated and reconnect with the most empowered version of you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative, and using holistic modalities rooted in Mindfulness-Based/ mind & body connection, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Focused and Motivational Interviewing. All to say we're going to dig deep together and learn skills to help you feel like you have the control again, not your mind.
