I am warm and down-to-earth and treat everyone with the real respect and genuine caring I would want for myself. I mix modalities to customize an approach that will work for your personal style, life circumstances and challenges.
I believe deeply in the potential to gain insight and skills and grow and change. I will never give up on you (even on your worst day!) I like to combine active listening and empathy with insights, information and skill building resources that you can take with you for years to come. I want you to leave therapy knowing the investment paid off many fold!
I am part of the Clifton Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback Associate team and have the benefit of a well-seasoned supervisor to collaborate with- ensuring that you receive comprehensive, research supported help.
