I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and build resilience. Through a trauma-informed, holistic approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy and various other modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether working with neurodivergent individuals, first responders, adoptive families, or trauma survivors, my goal is to empower clients with the tools and insight needed to move from surviving to thriving. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and focused on fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
