Hi, I'm Nikki. Life may come with loads of challenges that can be difficult to navigate, especially when you're feeling anxious, depressed, or fearful of what it may throw at you. It can be very hard to express yourself, not only to your loved ones but also to be your authentic self. I understand just how hard it is to connect with people in the world or find meaning in your life when you're struggling just to get by. Together, we can try to make what seems impossible...possible. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and understanding. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. My goal is to help you find the strength and resilience within yourself to overcome the challenges you're facing. I specialize in a variety of areas, including addiction, ADHD, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, psychosis and schizophrenia, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and personalized approach.
