As a therapist, I blend multiple treatment approaches in a way that will bring about the best change for you. I have years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and every day stressors. I believe my approach often helps people process their struggles out loud and gives them new perspectives to consider.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with a variety of age groups, but particularly with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I have expertise in anxiety, trauma, depression, and life stressors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I really value the relationship built in therapy, and offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, open and safe space to explore anything. I believe therapy is truly about collaboration and me empowering you to make changes.
