Hi there, I'm Nicole Olley, PhD, a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I am dedicated to supporting my patients through various challenges and traumatic experiences on their healing journey. My specialties include PTSD, addiction treatment, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach is solution-focused therapy using a Cognitive Behavioral framework. I work primarily with adults facing severe and persistent mental illness as well as addiction challenges, along with anxiety and depressive disorders. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters healing and effective management of mental health symptoms. I also work to challenge and restructure the core beliefs that contribute to these symptoms, aiming to improve my clients' overall quality of life. My journey in mental healthcare began in 1995, working with dually diagnosed clients facing both mental illness and substance abuse. Much of my career has been in correctional and forensic psychology, supporting clients with severe mental illness and cognitive disorders. I find great fulfillment in guiding my clients through healing and symptom relief so they can discover purpose and meaning in their lives. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is both achievable and sustainable, with the goal of managing symptoms long-term. Ultimately, I aim to equip my clients with the tools to independently manage their symptoms through guidance and collaboration. In our first session, we will explore your current symptoms and how they affect your quality of life. We will also establish your treatment goals and create a plan to achieve lasting sustainability.
