UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Nicole White-Samuels has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and private practice. She holds a Master's in Social Work from Morgan State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. Nicole is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based practice found to be extremely effective in providing relief and healing for those suffering from trauma, as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach used in treating children impacted by trauma. She is also certified in Brainspotting, assisting her clients in accessing, processing, and overcoming unresolved trauma, negative emotions, and pain.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit.
