I offer a sacred, Spirit-led space where your heart can rest, be seen, and encounter the healing presence of God. Healing is not only emotional—it is deeply spiritual. I believe restoration unfolds as we invite the Holy Spirit into places of pain, allowing God to redeem what was broken and bring freedom to the soul. Together, we listen for God’s voice, tend to the heart, and make room for His transforming work. I support those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational wounds using trauma-informed care woven with prayer, Scripture, and faith-based counseling—trusting God as the ultimate healer. My desire is to help you live rooted in your identity in Christ rather than defined by past pain, so you may experience wholeness, renewed joy, and deeper communion with God, others, and yourself.
