**ATTENTION: We accept BCBS, Aetna, and United Healthcare PPO plans only.** **Please expect an email from Elevate Counseling with the online paperwork that must be completed prior to your appointment. Please complete it within 48 hours of receiving it.** First Things First You deserve a life that feels meaningful, hopeful, and true to who you are. In our work together, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. My approach is grounded in trust and curiosity – I want to get to know the full picture of who you are, not just what’s bringing you to therapy. What You Need to Know About Me I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I graduated with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. I strive to create a supportive therapeutic space utilizing an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and dialectical behavior skills. Outside of the therapeutic space, you can find me spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, chasing snow-covered adventures (yes, I’m one of those people who actually looks forward to winter), and savoring meaningful moments with friends and loved ones.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you – identifying your core values and how they can guide your choices, goals, and sense of purpose. I believe that lasting change doesn’t come from self-criticism, but from approaching ourselves with kindness and patience. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply uncertain about your next steps, therapy can help you reconnect with what gives your life meaning and move toward it with clarity and self-compassion. Along the way, we’ll also cultivate emotional flexibility and resilience, so you can navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease. I see therapy as a collaborative process grounded in honesty, empathy, and care – and I’m grateful to be part of that process with you.
