Getting to know Olga Moffett
I was born and raised in Odesa, Ukraine, and moved to Mississippi in 1995. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University in 2002. Over the past 20 years, I’ve provided individual, family, and group therapy to clients ranging in age from 9 years old to adults.
I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor currently working under the supervision of Lynette Belknap-Williams, LPC #1549.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship. I work to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your goals, strengths, and the pace that feels right for you. My goal is to support your healing in a way that feels personal, empowering, and meaningful.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our work together, I use a blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused CBT. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families better understand their experiences, explore meaningful tools for growth, and restore a more hopeful outlook on life.
