I attended St. Joseph College and completed a PhD in sexology. I ONLY work with ADULTS (18- 80years old) and couples, specializing in ADHD, family conflict, and family connection. I’m here to help you with any of your concerns and to empower you by uncovering and leveraging your strengths. I don't ask fish to fly, nor do I ask birds to swim. I respect everyone's unique abilities and help my clients become aware of their strengths. I DO NOT DO COURT, ESA paperwork, I DO NOT COUPLE OR FAMILY THERAPY. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and respectful environment where your individual strengths are recognized and nurtured. My approach is all about empowering you and helping you navigate through your challenges with confidence and resilience. It is my ethical duty to officially terminate our therapeutic relationship when it is reasonably clear that the client is no longer benefiting, when services are no longer required, when counseling no longer serves the needs and/or interests of the client, or when my limits do not allow the provision of further counseling services. Additionally, after a one-month consistent lapse of meeting with a client, our professional relationship will be considered terminated.. This policy ensures that I am available and able to care for my current clients effectively. While it might feel awkward for our relationship to end, please understand that it is not meant to be discourteous in any way. I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey.
