Getting to know Ona Ramsey

Hello, you have started your journey in a good place-a place that is supportive and caring as you go through the transition or experience that brings you to therapy. Therapy is more than a place for difficult times in one's life; it can be used for personal insight that leads to personal growth. These developments can lead to a more enriching life, and it would be my pleasure to share your journey. I completed a Master's in Social Work at New Mexico State University in 2008 and began my career as a military social work therapist. I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and groups from diverse populations. This experience has allowed me to learn a multitude of therapy techniques and approaches. My specialties include relationship and intimacy therapy, communication, abuse, anger and stress management, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, ADHD, motivation and addictions, trauma, and more.
