Hi there, I'm Patricia.
Are you ready for change and seeking a guide who can assist in shepherding you out of the swamp and chaos of anxiety, depression, or addiction into a new life that is right there waiting for you on the other side?
I help people get out of their own way so they can finally gain traction in taking the actions needed to create the life they've always wanted. We all carry some degree of trauma from this lifetime, as well as intergenerational trauma and survival patterns passed down from our ancestors. All of this can be released as we gradually and gently come into living in the present moment. When we clear out the old energy from painful past experiences, we gain clarity and become free and relaxed in the moment, able to make new choices.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you’re making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I’ll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. Let’s work together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
Starting in our first session, I will give simple practical tools you can begin using immediately to bring relief from suffering and begin breaking the patterns of who you have been. Together week by week we will walk confidently in the direction of who you are becoming on the other side.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
