What is your typical process for working with clients?

Patricia wants to get to know you, your wants, your needs, and your thoughts. In a collaborative approach, Patricia helps each client decide what they hope to achieve with therapy, and helps them reach their goals. With an individualized approach, sessions can be thought provoking, calming, exciting, sometimes filled with humor, and sometimes tears. She provides a supportive listening ear, educated advice, and evidence based approaches, to help each client reach their potential for healing and well-being.

I currently accept the following insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield United Health Care Aetna Optum Oxford Cigna Private pay rates on a sliding scale are also available Everyone should be able to get to help when they need it. Despite their insurance. If a client has insurance, their insurance and copay is billed at the end of each session. I bill the insurance company for the client and the copays are billed to the client's credit/debit card. If a client does not have insurance, I encourage them to contact for a free 15 minute consultation, so we can determine your out of pocket expense based on a sliding scale. I will make it as affordable as possible, so you can get the help you need.
