I help clients cope better and overcome the anxiety that life transitions can often present. I support them in driving through the change and see this as an opportunity to reinvent themselves, be more accurate, present in the moment, and live on purpose. I treat with a holistic approach.
I specialize in helping clients with their mind chatter and stuck emotions, often preventing them from moving forward to a place of personal power. They begin to relate with themselves and others more effectively and intimately.
