Getting to know Paul Bailey

Hello, my name is Paul Bailey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Texas. I graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a licensed therapist for nine years, working in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I have experience addressing issues such as anxiety, anger, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, family challenges, and behavioral concerns. My two main approaches to treating clients are cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. When working with clients, we collaborate as a team to develop treatment goals and problem-solving skills that lead to effective solutions. My number one goal as a therapist is to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Reaching out to others can be difficult, but it is also very rewarding. We all face challenges; we just need the right support and tools to overcome them.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During therapy, you can expect to develop problem solving skills and confidence to be able to solve your own problems once therapy has ended.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
