I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1997 with a degree in counseling and have been licensed since 2000. My journey in mental health has taken me through various roles, including working as a school counselor, serving in a non-profit facility, and completing intakes and assessments in psychiatric hospitals and emergency rooms. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of tailored care for each client. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and depression, but my expertise extends to a wide range of issues, including grief, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and more.
