What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling affirmed and empowered. I like to provide clients with a warm and safe space to express themselves while also providing practical tools to aid in their healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for clients making a change, and from there I incorporate appropriate interventions and approaches for my clients concerns. During our first session, I will get to know you and what brings you into therapy. Then, we will discuss your goals for our work together and then collaborate on a treatment plan that aligns with those goals.
