My approach I use integrative counseling, drawing on behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapies to help you learn, grow, and heal through a directive, solution-focused process. My focus I have extensive experience with anger management, anxiety, stress, co-dependency, co-occurring disorders, family discord, eating disorders, grief and loss, life purpose and transition, mood disorders, substance use disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and PTSD.
