What should a new client know about working with you?

We often work closely with other community providers through a collaborative care approach. This means we often partner with other community providers to offer services we believe will further support your journey. These services can include modalities such as group therapies, yoga, chiropractic, and even hypnosis! Most importantly, you are in charge of your care. You can pick and choose which services you want to investigate further and potentially participate in. We regularly assess our practices to ensure every client we serve receives access to the appropriate level of care. Talk therapy is the foundation of our clinic.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first 90-minute intake session, we will discuss why you are seeking therapy and how we can work together to get things back on track. After the initial session, it is best if we meet 1x weekly for 60 minutes to work on our treatment plan and get you feeling better! We utilize measurement-based care methods so we can regularly assess whether or not what we are doing is helping you. Homework is an integral part of therapy and it will help you to implement the skills you learn into your daily life.
