Psychotherapist
210 N Pass Ave, Ste 105, Burbank, CA
Are you feeling emotionally exhausted, hopeless, or overthinking everything? You might be interested in learning how therapy and yoga work together to bring relief from your daily stressors. Talk therapy is a useful tool to bring awareness and make meaningful connections between the past and the present. Yoga is an excellent approach to integrate the mind and body connection. When combined, you can learn skills to help take control of your thoughts and experience a sense of calm. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about contributing to the lives of minorities, women, and LGBTQI+ populations. Sessions are tailored to your specific interests and needs and can be therapy-based, yoga-focused, or a blend of both. It takes courage to seek help, and the process can be intimidating. I am here to help you feel comfortable. In a supportive space, I will guide you in taking steps to feel grounded and connected in mind and body. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, which informs my compassionate and holistic approach to care.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
