The therapeutic approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rachel completed post-graduate training in spiritually informed therapy from the spirituality institute. These clinical training experiences gave her a unique understanding of the mind-body connection. She considers the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence how her clients feel and how those factors impact overall health. Rachel specializes in working with adults.
