“I began working with Rachel in October of 2020. So far, I have been very pleased with the progress that I have made and the therapy she has provided. Our sessions are very focused and trauma informed. She pushes me to grow and understand why I employ different mindsets in my relationships, home life, and career. She also helped me to find a stronger work life balance and prioritize self care. Since my sessions have been so productive, I have recommended her practice to several of my fiends! Overall, I find the approach of Kensington Wellness to be inclusive, responsive, and validating. Highly recommend their services if you are looking to push yourself and understand your trauma!”
