While I do not accept insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. I will work with you to ensure that you receive reimbursement from your insurance company. No two people are the same. No two treatment approaches should be either. Utilizing my close to twenty years of experience, I custom tailor a broad treatment solution that takes everything about the specific client into account. Each client is an individual with unique needs, and the treatment approach reflects that. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. We are in this together. I believe there is a solution to the problem regardless of how hopeless things may seem. People are not defined by their diagnosis or presenting problem. Everyone is endowed with strengths that must be uncovered so those strengths can be utilized to live life to the fullest. It will be my honor to partner with you on your journey to living your optimal life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have developed highly effective approaches using strength based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, TF-CBT, confidence building techniques as well as other well established interventions to help you navigate the challenges in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The process begins with an initial consultation. During this first meeting, a comprehensive assessment of the nature of your problem and background will be explored. Treatment goals will be established collaboritively. For children, the assessment and ongoing treatment will include consultation and input from parents, and when appropriate, teachers and other relevant parties involved in the child's care. Classroom/school based observation and assessment will be integrated based upon need.
