I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, coping with grief & loss, and major life transitions. I work from a client-centered, empowerment, and acceptance-based approach utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to restructure thoughts and feelings. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
