As a licensed professional counselor, I provide mental health counseling to individuals, couples and families of diverse backgrounds, specializing in identity, life changes and improving self esteem. Therapy is just opening some locked doors, let’s talk.
I firmly believe therapy is a conversation with solid action items for growth and change. With that said, you are more than a list of symptoms. Let’s discuss who you are as an individual, a member of your community, family member, co-worker and friend. Most importantly, let’s dig into your strengths.

I needed someone to help with my 15 year old daughter's anxiety & panic attacks. The second we met with her I knew she was the one to help. She was down to earth & so welcoming! I think that's so important, especially if you are trying to get a teen to talk....highly recommend her!

Rasha, is down to earth and a great listener. She helped me through an obstacle I was going through in my life and she was always positive with her support. I recomend Rasha and her skills to help guide and resolve through life obstacles. She is understanding and passionate at what she does.
