Sometimes, you can spend so much time trying to keep up with everything life asks of you that you lose yourself in the process. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, questioning your relationships, or feeling like "you're too much." And somehow, somewhere along the way, maybe you started questioning if you're too needy, too sensitive, or somehow not quite enough. Maybe you're trying to understand your emotions or figure out who you are outside of everyone else's expectations. Whether you're navigating trauma, postpartum, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I want to understand your story. Not just what you're struggling with, but how you've come to see yourself and the world around you. With me, you can show up exactly as you are, messy feelings and all. You don’t need the perfect words or a plan. Our sessions will feel like an honest, real conversation with someone who is genuinely in your corner. Outside of counseling, I'm a mom and dog mom who loves music, dance, creativity, and spending time with the people I love. My own appreciation for authenticity and connection is part of what I bring to my work with clients. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, self-understanding, and learning to relate to ourselves and others in new ways. I draw from RCT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and Adlerian concepts to help you navigate emotions, understand patterns, and build more fulfilling relationships. I'd be honored to work with you!
