I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16+ years of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I offer compassionate, holistic therapy that blends evidence-based practices with somatic and mind-body approaches. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered to heal at your own pace. My approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens in safe, honest spaces where you feel seen, supported, and never judged. I bring a holistic lens to our work, blending evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices with deep listening and nervous system support. I also recognize the roles of lifestyle, nutrition, and purpose in emotional well-being. I’m transparent and real—I don’t sugar coat. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also nudge you when needed to help you grow and stay accountable. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, or major life transitions, I’ll walk alongside you and challenge you when the time is right. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You’re welcome as you are—and we’ll move forward from there. My focus I work with adult individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and stress-related health issues. I have a deep commitment to supporting veterans, first responders, and caregivers who often carry invisible wounds while tending to others. I also specialize in women’s health, including perinatal mental health, hormone-related mood concerns, and the emotional toll of chronic medical conditions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed—managing careers, caregiving, or unresolved trauma while feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted.
