Rene' Larrabee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. She has experience working with children and families as well as individuals of all ages. Rene' specializes in helping people cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Rene' completed her Master's degree in Art Therapy at Emporia State University in Kansas. She moved to Colorado in 1999 to pursue a career in mental health. Rene' utilizes multiple treatment approaches to help you work toward balance in your life including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential therapy, all of which teach skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Rene' is eager to help you achieve your mental health goals. She has empathy and compassion for each client's struggles, holds them accountable, and celebrates their successes.
