Renee completed her Master's degree in Agency Counseling at Gardner Webb University and has diverse experience in helping individuals at all life stages. Renee spent 15 years in a hospital setting performing emergency evaluations, case management, and social work interventions. Primarily, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but also is eclectic in her approach, incorporating mindfulness and solutions-focused (SFT) interventions as needed. Renee is confident that you can work together with her to find a new understanding of yourself and enhance your coping skills. Through the process of therapy, you may even discover strengths you never knew you had.
