I'm Riley! I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works with individuals ages 14 and older, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including career and personal development.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about helping clients build practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, improve focus and organization, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Using CBT and DBT, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop effective coping strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Through Motivational Interviewing, I support clients in exploring ambivalence and building intrinsic motivation for change. Whether you are struggling with mood, attention, or feeling stuck in your personal or professional journey, I am here to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
