I'm Riley! I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works with individuals ages 14 and older, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping clients build practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, improve focus and organization, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Using CBT and DBT, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop effective coping strategies.
