Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about the outdoors, movies, skateboarding and snowboarding. I believe that our personal interests and hobbies play a crucial role in our overall well-being, and I encourage my clients to explore and nurture their own passions as part of their therapeutic journey. My hours are early, around 5am-1pm in Arizona and 5am-3pm in Virginia, to accommodate various schedules and ensure that you have access to the support you need when you need it.
