What should a new client know about working with you?

I tend to utilize a based, solution focused approach to my work with clients. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss/bereavement (including all stages of pet bereavement), life transitions, navigating life over 50, single Moms and child/parent relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The hardest step is often finding the strength, courage, and motivation to seek therapy; as it can be a difficult process. I am here to help you through the process.
