I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 15 years of experience providing clinical services to adults and adolescents. I have been afforded the opportunity and privilege to work in various settings including residential care, private practice, and corrections. Life has its many joys and challenges, and needing help to navigate them is sometimes necessary. I specialize in helping individuals to do just that, while the journey may not be easy or feel comfortable, putting some steps in place can make all the difference to finding a better you. My therapeutic approach is centered around self-exploration. I use a variety of orientations to help accomplish a deeper look at oneself to include, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic. Sometimes what leads one to therapy is not always what keeps them there. Your therapeutic journey can reveal many things as you peel back the layers. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and trusting space to address what may sit right at the surface or deeper. I will always be direct but challenging and supporting you to work towards the goals we set, together. I am ready to get started. Change is waiting on you! Now all it takes is setting an appointment.
