I like to foster self-awareness, resiliency, and empower my clientele to navigate and overcome different complexities within their lives. Together we can work towards building strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and promote positive change in the various aspects of your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to build rapport with my clients initially and respect within this working dynamic. I enjoy helping clients with various concerns, building confidence and self-worth, working through traumas, and problem solving.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
