I have been licensed for 10 years. I am trained in EMDR; TF-CBT; CPT and CBT.. I am person centered; believing that each client has within them the power to heal and is the expert of their lives. My job is come beside you and help you find your own inner strength. I will teach you coping skills for managing your symptoms as well as I will be an advocate for you in spaces where you need one.
