What should a new client know about working with you?

Rosemary offers a warm approach with a focus on developing a therapeutic relationship with each client to identify each persons unique needs. Ms. Culotta works under the supervision of Silvia Torres, LMHC-D, NCC, Founding Clinician at Torres Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you schedule an appointment, we will create a secure chart for you in our electronic health record (EHR) system. You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to create your account. Through this portal, you will be able to complete intake forms and assessments prior to your first appointment. You will also receive appointment reminders by email two days before your session and again two hours beforehand. The initial appointment focuses on reviewing your assessments, exploring your current needs, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward during counseling. In the sessions that follow, the focus shifts to building a strong therapeutic relationship while providing support and helping you develop the skills needed to work toward those goals. The length of treatment varies depending on each person’s needs. Your progress will be reviewed periodically so Rosemary can determine whether any adjustments to the approach may be helpful in supporting you as you move toward your goals.

If your insurance plan is one that we are not in network with, we can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This option is available only if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Because reimbursement policies vary, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn about your specific coverage and their submission process. Payment is due at the time services are provided.
