I am a First-Generation, multilingual therapist specializing in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My approach integrates play therapy, trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, and family therapy when helpful to support a child or teen’s healing within their family system. I help young clients express what words cannot always capture, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their own resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe healing does not happen in a straight line. Sometimes it looks like storytelling, creativity, laughter, tears, boundaries, or learning to feel safe in your own body again. I am honored to support children, teens, and the adults who care for them as they move toward greater connection, understanding, and healing.
