I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma; and with parents; or women who are adjusting to parenting; trying to become pregnant or anywhere in that spectrum. I work with individuals with a variety of struggles from a trauma informed lens. My Main approach in treating individuals is EMDR and utilizing mind/body approaches.
