I also have experience addressing substance use and its connection to mental health. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University. In therapy, you'll have the opportunity to explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a judgment-free, empathetic, and unbiased space. I specialize in depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, communication issues, crisis and trauma, substance use, ADHD, anger management, OCD, behavioral issues, suicidal ideation, as well as working with families. I have worked with personality disorders, co-occuring disorders, LGBTQ+, and utilize motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT.
