Hi, I'm Samaya! I believe that we all have a clear sense of what we want or need in life—whether it’s peace, joy, love, or meaningful connections. However, the path to achieving these goals can sometimes be unclear, especially when life presents unexpected challenges or when our own thoughts, behaviors, and habits create obstacles. In such cases, change is often necessary.
My approach is centered on the individual, guided by the understanding that most people genuinely desire the best for themselves and are doing their best with the tools they have. I work best with clients who are motivated and open to making positive changes, no matter how incremental.
I offer an environment of unconditional acceptance, where there is no pressure to be perfect or hide imperfections. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which clients can explore, process, and navigate their thoughts, emotions, and experiences throughout their journey. I look forward to working with you!
