I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern State University and have over 7 years of experience working with marital and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and women's issues. Using various techniques such as the Gottman Method, CBT, EFT, prolonged exposure, and others, you can acquire coping skills to begin a new journey toward a happier, healthier life.
I provide warm, empathetic, and inviting sessions where you can express your emotions without judgment or fear. I welcome all people, sexualities, and backgrounds. I offer telehealth services that allow you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your home. Additionally, I offer Friday evening and Saturday appointments as needed.
