What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. I developed a passion for mental health and social work through my own life’s trials and tribulations. In my healing journey, I had the privilege of being welcomed into many authentic therapeutic spaces, allowing me to grow into the person I am today. This perspective strengthened my belief in real human connection, and that therapy should not feel rigid or cold in any way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Healing is a collaborative process, and that is what I aim to provide for those who welcome me into their therapeutic journey. Working together, you are assured a space that is open and authentic, incorporating evidence-based therapies to assist you in reaching your goals. I find meaning in helping those who struggle with addiction, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to show up as a whole person and provide a service that feels collaborative, warm, and person-centered. We are all humans first, above all else, and I aim to bring this into my practice by showing up as my authentic, non-judgmental self.
